Backstory

Born as a bastard to a career-driven woman, Elias grew up in a rather neglectful home. Her resentment for him was clear, and with an absentee father, Elias was soon steered into trouble making. At the age of 11, his mother gave him up, and he was spared from an orphanage simply by his Fathers graces. The mans true identity has never been known to Eli, but he seems to be rich and very well-respected in the Garlean Military. Shipped off to boarding school(s) in Kugane, in the hopes it would help shape him into something better, Eli never again set foot in his childhood home.The boarding schools, however, weren’t ready for Elias. And though his admittance was all but assured by his Fathers word, each year he found himself expelled and forced to move to another school; eventually becoming a point of pride for the young Garlean. In his 16th year, he was put into Gloria Liberi where he met Felix; that’s when things changed for Eli. He found someone he could connect with, and before long, a subtle romance bloomed for him. Tempering his antics with his desire to remain close to Felix, he began to almost behave; though he still made sure to fail every exam he sat, on principle.Prior to the fall, he was taken along with Felix to live in Eorzea, saving them both from the chaos back home. Now, Eli puts his energy into trying to become strong enough to protect those he cares for.

School: Eli is open to meeting students at his own or a rival school, especially if they're in Kugane.Blitzball Ace: Eli played in the minors as a Forward, and now considers himself basically a famous Blitzball player, even going so far as to consider it for a career.Imperial: Being Garlean, he's open to Imperial roleplay of any form, although he doesn't buy into the whole 'Garlean-supremacy' idea.

OOCly you can call me Sarto.I’m from the UK, so I usually keep EU times, but I also work shifts, including nights, so sometimes my timezone is a bit fucky. Because of this, I tend to prefer to RP over Discord, though I’m more than happy to find common times to meet up in-game.
I’m over 21 and I’ll only write with people whom are likewise over 21.For RP I have four main rules. No IC/OOC bleed. Communication is King. No God-modding or controlling of one another’s character. Consent is also King (He and Communication are married and rule side by side happily)
I suffer from ADHD, Depression and Anxiety, which makes me feel like reaching out to people is pestering, and I can also be rather forgetful. On the other hand, I adore people reaching out to me and reminding me of things, so please know I’m always open and love to be approached.
*I will poke people from time to time, to make sure you are okay and/or still interested in writing together. If you’re not, please feel free to say.I adhere to an incredibly strict policy of there being no IC and OOC bleed. I’ve been RPing for a long time, and I consider it one of the cardinal rules (read above). With that in mind, I also love making friends with the people I write with, and am always happy to listen and provide whatever help I can to my friends.
I’m incredibly patient, and will happily pause scenes and wait weeks or months if needed; I know first-hand that life happens and can fucking suck sometimes; RP is for fun, so please never stress about it.
I’m open to doing content together, but timezones suck (read above).
If you’ve any issues with anything I write; the scene we’re in, a phrase I’ve used, be it taken offense or simply not understanding, absolutely anything at all, please tell me. I firmly believe RP is only fun and worthwhile if both all parties involved are having fun.
